What is the difference between tester/unboxed and new in box?

Testers are genuine, authentic, fresh and 100% original. Testers contain the same original fragrance and are used by department stores to help promote a particular fragrance. Testers are made by the manufacturer and sometimes come in a plain white box, and sometimes without the fancy cap. We usually specify on the item description and also the item’s picture. Because there is no decorative packaging, we can purchase these items for less and offer our customers a decent discounted price.

 

What is the difference between Parfum, Eau De Parfum(EDP), Eau De Toilette(EDT), and Eau De Cologne(EDC)?

 The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance.  The highest concentration is the pure parfum. The following is Eau De Parfum (EDP), then it is Eau De Toilette (EDT) and the least concentrated is Eau De Cologne (EDC) Normally Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne is for men’s fragrances. Eau De Parfum and Pure Parfum are mostly for women’s fragrances.

 

Why do some fragrances last longer than others?

People with dry skin usually find their fragrance holding time shorter than those with oily skin because oily skin has more natural moisture to hold in the fragrance.

 

When do your skincare and cosmetic products expire?

Most of skincare products have 3 years shelf life and for cosmetics are 4 years. We receive new shipments in a monthly basis, so we consistently update our inventory for new and fresh products. We usually sell out our products within 1 year after we receive them.

 

Shipping Information

 

When can you ship after I place my order?

We normally use 24-48 business hours to process all orders. Most of the orders are processed and ship out the same day it was placed.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

We are a California based company. State law requires us to collect 8.75% local and county sales tax on all orders shipped within California.

 

Why I have not received my order yet? (International Buyers)

We offer 2 different shipping options for our international buyers. Priority and Express Mail Services. Priority Mail usually takes 1-2 weeks and Express Mail takes 4-7 business days to arrive. The above estimated delivery time only guarantees arrival at the destination country, but usually the custom will hold the packages for inspection before delivering at the customer’s hand. We have absolutely no control over custom and how long they will hold the packages.

For domestic buyers, Standard Shipping usually takes from 3-8 business days to arrive after we ship out your order. We send confirmation emails to all customers once the item is shipped along with your tracking number. You are able to track your packages online and see updates at anytime.

 

Do I have to pay custom taxes? (International Buyers)

We are not responsible for any custom taxes for all our international buyers. Buyers are responsible to pay for their own custom taxes if requested by their customs.

 

Return Policy

 

How do I return / exchange my order?

We accept returns within 14 days after receiving your products. All items must be returned in its original condition received and you must contact us first to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning.  All returns are subjected to 20% restocking fee unless the fault is ours. Ex. 1) Item damaged during transit.  2) Item is defective 3) Package Loss
